Minimum Order

Our minimum cost for an arrangement is $39.95 plus delivery and tax.

Delivery Policy
We do our best to get your order delivered in a timely basis.

Sometimes we fall into serious traffic issues or weather issues as well as flowers coming in late from the airport. Please have patience with us.

We strive to fullfill your orders with the highest quality and priority. While we aim to be perfect, flowers are unpredictable by nature, and we aren’t, sadly, 100% perfect (though we’ll keep trying!). Our Happiness Guarantee means we stand behind our product and experience within our policies. We want to be sure you’re happy with The Wild Orchid and our flowers and we will make it right!

We do offer a timed delivery for an extra fee.


We gladly send pictures with  confirmation of delivery, not for prior delivery approval.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell any client names and keep all client data  If you purchase merchandise from the Wild Orchid Flower shop florist,  your personal information will be used for the purpose of sending you the items you purchased. Your credit card data is not stored online. The Wild Orchid
has implemented reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of personal information that The Wild Orchid controls. However, no website can fully eliminate security risks. Third parties may circumvent our security measures to unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We will post a reasonably prominent notice to the Websites if any such security breach occurs.

Monetary Policy

Our currency is US dollars. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Our policy is to deliver all products within 24 hours of the order unless instructed otherwise.

Return Policy:

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the return of the item purchased. We will pick up the item directly. For any refund, the customer must have communicated the problem to us and get a return authorization to set the process in motion. All requests for refund must come within 24 hours of item delivery. We do guarantee our products and should any issue arise after 24 hours please contact us so we can fix/replace it.  If the issue is with the flowers we may need to wait for a fresh shipment.

Also should we be given incorrect delivery information, once the arrangement has been made and delivery attempted but we are unable to deliver due to incorrect delivery information beyond our control we do not issue a refund.  We will contact you for correct delivery information after trying to reach the recipient and arrange delivery with them.

Substitution Policy:

While every effort is made to match your selection, substitutions may be necessary based on the availability of certain flowers and vases in the recipient’s area. We guarantee that your flowers will delight your loved one, just as you intended.  In some instances, the florists photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
