the Des Moines Iowa and surrounding areas.
With a world class customer service team we offer complete event planing services,and professional delivery drivers always assure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. The name The Wild Orchid means quality and service. Our products are guaranteed and if you are not satisfied we will gladly replace or refund your purchase upon receipt/return of the item except at hospitals. We do not deliver directly to paiients in hospitals and have to rely on volunteers for deliveries. Should an error in delivery occur we will make every attempt to correct the problem while they are there or gladly deliver to their home upon release. Patients in ICU or CCU cannot receive flowers or plants and are not recommended for delivery until the patient has been released from these areas. We will check daily for this but cannot guarantee delivery to the hospital and will be happy to take the order to their home upon release.
